Custom Machine Engineering
From custom machine design to reverse engineering, turnkey production lines to unmanned factory transformation — machine and line solutions tailored to your project.
At OSEL Makina, we handle the entire process in custom machine engineering — from concept to commissioning. We analyze our clients' production needs on-site, identify bottlenecks in existing processes, and develop project-specific machine or complete production line solutions. Assembly machines, packaging lines, feeding systems, test stations, special-purpose process machines — each one designed and manufactured from scratch according to your specific requirements. With our reverse engineering capability, we perform 3D laser scanning of your existing machines, create CAD models from point cloud data and produce improved versions. We serve across a wide spectrum — from exact replication of unavailable spare parts to redesigning legacy machines to modern standards. Especially when sourcing parts for imported machines becomes difficult or original manufacturer support ends, we guarantee your production continuity through reverse engineering. In our unmanned production transformation projects, we analyze your existing manual processes with detailed time-motion studies, determine the automation level, and design and manufacture custom machines and production lines tailored to the project. We deliver solutions at every scale — from automating a single station to complete dark factory concepts. We execute turnkey projects including robot integration, vision-based quality control, conveyor systems, automated storage and PLC control infrastructure. Our machine design process encompasses 3D parametric modeling in SolidWorks and Inventor, strength calculations via FEA (finite element analysis), cycle time optimization through kinematic simulation, and detailed BOM (bill of materials) extraction. After design approval, all mechanical manufacturing, electrical panel production, wiring and software development proceed in parallel within our own facility. In every project, we verify machine performance at our facility through factory acceptance testing (FAT), then execute on-site installation and commissioning (SAT). We deliver each project complete with operator training, user manuals, spare parts lists and technical support under warranty. Post-commissioning, we support your machine's lifetime performance through remote monitoring and periodic maintenance agreements.
