Custom hydraulic manifold block design and manufacturing is one of our strongest competencies. For applications requiring compact design, we produce integrated manifold blocks that minimize piping and eliminate leakage risk. On our CNC machining centers, we perform precision drilling, channel cutting and surface finishing in aluminum, cast iron and steel materials. Every block undergoes pressure testing and flow verification before assembly. We work with world leaders such as Bosch Rexroth, Parker Hannifin, Eaton Vickers, Hydac and Moog, as well as domestic manufacturers like Hema, Enerpac and others. We recommend the most suitable brand-independent solution for pump, valve, cylinder, accumulator, filter, heat exchanger and sensor selection. We also provide OEM-level spare parts procurement and inventory management. We have extensive experience in revision and modernization of existing hydraulic systems. We handle complete disassembly, cleaning, replacement of worn parts, reassembly with current components and testing processes. To improve energy efficiency, we implement servo-hydraulic and proportional valve conversions, IoT-based condition monitoring and predictive maintenance infrastructure. Our hydraulic system installation begins at our facility and is completed on-site. We perform pipe fabrication, hose assembly, fitting installation, electrical connections and PLC-HMI integration as a single source.
