At OSEL Makina, we approach precision manufacturing not as machining alone, but as the entire journey from raw material to a fully assembled and tested finished product. We serve at every scale — from a single CNC part order to turnkey package production covering welded fabrication, mechanical assembly, electrical connections and function testing. Gearbox housings, linear motion systems, custom machine frames, conveyor casings, hydraulic manifolds — our clients hand us the technical drawing, we deliver the finished product. Our machining workshop houses 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, surface and cylindrical grinding machines, wire EDM and sinker EDM equipment. We produce within ±0.005 mm tolerances across a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, titanium, engineering plastics and hardened steels. Our welded fabrication department operates MIG/MAG, TIG and robotic welding stations to produce steel constructions, machine chassis, tanks and pressure vessels, and custom load-bearing structures. Post-weld heat treatment, sandblasting, painting and surface coating ensure products leave ready for use. On our assembly line, mechanical assembly, bearing-shaft-gear pressing, hydraulic-pneumatic connections, electrical cable installation and final inspection tests are all performed under one roof. Whether it's a single part, a 10,000-piece series, or a complete gearbox unit, all our production processes operate within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management framework. We ensure 100% quality assurance through CMM coordinate measurement, surface roughness testing, hardness testing and non-destructive testing (NDT).
